Middlecreek Appraisal services is a family real estate appraisal firm located in Wilmore, KY.

Our experience and emphasis is on residential and farm appraisals, but we are also competent in mortgage, estate work, and personal real estate valuation assignments.

Our work will reflect due diligence and USPAP compliance, and we guarantee our scope of work, fees, and turn around time will be clearly understood by the client before an assignment is accepted.

Beth Ray, our associate appraiser, is licensed per the state of KY and her husband Aaron Ray is currently taking his introductory classes in lieu of obtaining his associate license.

Bud Burdette, our general appraiser, is Beth’s father and immediate supervisor per KREAB guidelines. He has held a KY General Certification since 2008.

Beth has been training since 2021 and Bud has over 20 years of full time appraisal experience in central KY.
